How to export lists from Sofa

Exporting your data from Sofa is a straightforward process, and here’s how you can do it:

Export Sofa data

  1. Access Settings:
  2. On the home screen of the Sofa app, tap the ‘•••’ button located in the top right corner.
  3. Then select Settings​​.
  4. Scroll down to Data Management
  5. Tap the Manage Data button​​.
  6. Choose Export Format

Sofa allows you to export your data in either Markdown or CSV formats.

After selecting your preferred export option, the iOS Activity Sheet will appear. This feature enables you to place the exported data wherever you prefer, such as emailing it to yourself, saving it in Files, or opening it in another app​​. These steps will help you easily export all your data from Sofa, ensuring you have a backup or can utilize the data in other applications or services.
