How to import your Pocket export into Listy

Pocket is shut down, but you can still import a previously downloaded Pocket export into Listy. This guide explains what can still be moved and what is no longer available.

Important Notice

Mozilla shut down Pocket’s services on July 8, 2025. Pocket’s apps, website, and API are no longer available, and the final Pocket export window ended on November 12, 2025.

If you already downloaded your Pocket export before the deadline, you can still use this guide to import that file into Listy. If you did not export your Pocket data before the deadline, Pocket no longer provides a way to download it.

Pocket export status

Pocket no longer accepts new export requests, and the old Pocket export page no longer serves the export flow.

Before the shutdown, Pocket let users request an export by email and download the file within a limited time window. That historical export flow is now closed. If you already saved the downloaded file, keep the original export unchanged until you import it into Listy.

Note: A previously downloaded Pocket export can include:

  • Links (URLs) of your saved items
  • Your saves, archives, and favorites
  • The export does not include the text content of saved links, tags, or highlights

If you did not receive or download your export before Pocket’s final deadline, there is no longer a Pocket Support path to request a new export.

Import on Listy

  1. Open Listy
  2. Tap the top-right Settings icon
  3. Scroll down to Import from other apps
  4. Scroll down and tap on Pocket
  5. Tap on Select your file to import
  6. Find your Pocket file on your device with the extension .zip
  7. All your data will be imported to Listy.

Listy will import your available data from a previously downloaded Pocket export, including saved links, saves, archives, and favorites.
