How to Export Your IMDb Ratings, Watchlist, and Lists to CSV

IMDb lets you export your ratings, watchlist, and custom lists as CSV files from the desktop website. You can then import these files into Listy to keep all your movie and TV show data in one place.

Export Your Watchlist

1. Log in to IMDb on a desktop browser.
2. Click your profile name at the top right and select Your Watchlist.
3. Click the Export button at the top right of the page.
4. A CSV file will download to your computer.

Export Your Ratings

1. Log in to IMDb on a desktop browser.
2. Click your profile name at the top right and select Your Ratings.
3. Click the Export button at the top right of the page.
4. A CSV file will download to your computer.

Export a Custom List

You can also export any custom list you’ve created on IMDb using the same Export button at the top right of the list page.

1. Log in to IMDb on a desktop browser.
2. Navigate to the custom list you want to export.
3. Click the Export button at the top right.
4. A CSV file with the list data will download to your computer.

Good to Know

• Exports are only available on the desktop website. The IMDb mobile app and mobile site do not support CSV exports.
• The CSV includes details like IMDb ID, title, year, your rating, and date rated.
• Reviews cannot be exported as CSV. Only individual review links can be shared.

Import on Listy

1. Open Listy
2. Tap the top-right Settings icon
3. Scroll down to Import from other apps
4. Scroll down and tap on IMDb
5. Tap on Select your file to import
6. Find your IMDb export file on your device with the extension .csv
7. All your data will be imported to Listy.

Listy will import all your data from IMDb, including your ratings, watchlist, and custom lists. Your ratings are preserved exactly as you set them on IMDb.
